They don't return phone calls but take my Medicare Humana plan.

Barbara, a representative at the Cutler Bay office, whom, I have no doubt, misinformed and mislead me by quoting a price, ($69), for progressive lenses but was charged an additional $160.00, a charge of $50.00 for blue light blocking that I clearly refused, and $42 instead of the stated price of $35 for the protection plan when submitted to Humana. She is also, in my opinion, condescending and rude.
Also, I questioned the total of charges on a previous bill that was unusually high a few years ago that were also added without any input from me, and which would've been submitted to Humana if I hadn't questioned the charges that same day. My name is Jane Washington-White.

Holly was able to find the last orders from me and get me the prescriptions. She was very pleasant and apologized for what had happened.
